The Senior Fellow position, unique in the Auxiliary, was established to bolster efforts in the swiftly evolving field of Information Technology, with only two such appointments possible at any given time. Hard shoulder boards are exclusively worn on white uniforms like the Dinner Dress White Jacket and Service Dress White, available in Large and Small sizes. Enhanced shoulder boards, designed for epaulette-style shirts worn as dress uniforms, are not worn on the epaulettes of the shirt accompanying the Undress Blue-Winter uniform.
