The RADA G213 Carving Knife Set is a two piece gift set that is perfect for birthdays, holidays, weddings and anniversaries. It includes everything you need to effortlessly carve and serve meat - ideal for turkey, chicken and other poultry. The carving knife set comes with Rada’s Carver Knife and the Carving Fork and Knife Sharpener. The knives come beautifully gift boxed with a form-fitted insert holdings both utensils securely in place. The carver is made from T420 high carbon stainless steel that is hand sharpened creating a razor sharp edge. The hollow ground blade ensures a precision concave surface for maximum edge retention. The carving fork is made from 300 series high nickel stainless steel which will easily pierce meat and create a firm hold. The handles on the utensils in the carving knife set are comprised of a black stainless steel resin that can be washed in the dishwasher.
