Instructions are included with each order on how to properly put this item on your bird. This soft neck collar features a stuffed interior to keep your Cockatoo from reaching their neck. This item is for moderate pluckers and is not recommended for severe pluckers or self-mutilating parrots. This item ONLY protects the neck and is meant to keep your bird distracted from plucking in other areas.
