Its high volume, vertical spray tip quickly covers water stains, graffiti, nicotine, and smoke stains on ceilings. It's perfect for touch-up when you don't want to repaint the entire ceiling due to spot damage. If desired, COVERS UP may be top coated with a ceiling paint in 2 hours. May be used under or over latex and oil base paints. Other uses include: Crown molding, valances, ceiling light fixtures, HVAC duct work and vents, overhead pipes and conduit.
